介绍

IDH1（异柠檬酸脱氢酶1，IDH1）突变可在胶质母细胞瘤和骨髓增殖性肿瘤中发现。IDH1突变检测可以作为预后的积极预测因子和胶质母细胞瘤患者的分子标志物。另一方面，据报道，IDH1突变与骨髓增殖性肿瘤的不良预后相关。

总共可以检测和区分 5 种 IDH1 突变
