介绍
HPV 是众所周知的宫颈癌主要原因。在女性生殖器官中发现的100种HPV中,有40多种病原体。高风险组的这些病毒通常与宫颈癌有直接关联。这也是为什么世界卫生组织(WHO)强烈推荐HPV DNA测试的原因。
肽核酸(PNA) HPV 筛选试剂盒可以检测14种高风险组病原体和2种低风险组病原体。通过实时PCR技术,它可以快速准确地显示患者是否携带这些病原体,并且也可用于筛查测试。
