介绍
肽核酸(PNA) 的一个关键特性是电中性骨架,这在 FISH(fluorescent in situ hybridization,荧光原位杂交)中也具有优势。PNA 的高特异性通过电中性骨架实现,仅需要少量 PNA 探针即可实现快速杂交,不会产生显著的背景信号,从而实现高信噪比并在温和条件下进行清洗。用于端粒长度分析的端粒/着丝粒 PNA FISH 探针有多种荧光可供选择。
