介绍
耐碳青霉烯肠杆菌科(CRE)是一种革兰氏阴性菌,对碳青霉烯类抗生素具有耐药性,这类抗生素被认为是此类感染的最后一线药物。快速准确的CRE检测/鉴定测试对于正确的抗生素处方和快速治疗非常重要。肽核酸(PNA) CRE 检测试剂盒可以在短时间内(3小时内)准确检测和分型6种CRE。
