介绍
接受伊马替尼(格列卫)治疗的慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)患者,在BCR-ABL融合基因的酪氨酸激酶结构域中获得了点突变。尤其是T315I突变被认为是一种与伊马替尼耐药性相关的突变,且观察到的频率很高。通过BCR-ABL融合基因突变测试监测接受伊马替尼治疗的患者,以防止由于突变导致的耐药性而引起的治疗失败是非常重要的。
