Description

Cas12/13 Lateral Flow Strips use chromatographic double antibody sandwich method to detect the labeled probes of Cas12/13. Users only need to mark one end with biotin and the other end with FITC or 6-carboxyfluorescein (6-FAM) when designing the probes. This product can be used to detect the Cas digestion products after PCR or isothermal amplification of the target gene.

Storage

The minimum shelf life is 12 months at a dry place away from light under 4-30°C.
